1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

b. Cancellation by Aasvik

Your order may be cancelled if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Payment issues or incomplete transactions
  • Incorrect address or contact details
  • Fraud or suspicious activity detected

In such cases, the customer will be notified and the amount will be refunded (if already paid).


2. Returns & Replacement Policy

Since our products are food items, we follow a strict return policy for consumer safety.

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or tampered packaging
  • Missing items in the parcel
  • Product quality concerns (proof required)

Not eligible for return:

  • Products opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned without proof of issue
  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Return Request Window

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

Without proper proof, we won’t be able to process the request.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The return request is approved
  • The issue meets our return eligibility criteria
  • Product is picked up and verified by our team/courier partner

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline

Refunds typically take:

  • 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway)

In some cases, it may take longer due to banking processes.


5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, OR
  • Store credit, OR
  • Full refund (only in approved cases)

Replacement is subject to availability.


6. Non-Delivery or Delay

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Not delivered within the expected timeline
  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 48 hours for investigation.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and ensure the best resolution.
