At Aasvik, we aim to deliver fresh, high-quality spices to your doorstep in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS with shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeline

Our general delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery time depends on location, courier partner efficiency, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or minimum order value during promotions.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier companies and delivery partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Once shipped, the package is fully handled by the logistics partner.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link

You can use these details to track your order in real-time.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will make 1–3 attempts to deliver your package.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

Re-shipment may require additional charges.


7. Address & Contact Information

Please ensure:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Active phone number
  • Proper pin code

Aasvik is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.


8. Damaged / Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept it
  • Inform us immediately with photos/video

We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.


9. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Remote locations
  • Courier partner issues
  • Operational challenges

We will assist you in tracking and resolving delays, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Aasvik ships only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
